At Cots and Cuddles, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
